All shipping services provided by us (whether free of charge or paid) are offered as basic standard shipping.
Under standard shipping, parcels may be delivered and left at the recipient’s doorstep and do not include signature confirmation, identity verification, scheduled delivery, or additional security services.

If customers require special services including but not limited to:

• Expedited shipping (e.g. next-day delivery or time-specific delivery)
• Signature required upon delivery
• Additional security or protective courier services

All related additional charges shall be borne by the customer and must be requested prior to shipment.

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer (including delivery left at the doorstep), Hummingbird Medical Tech Inc. shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
